My name is Bay Kurtz. I’ve played at the highest level of youth soccer in the US, playing for Chicago Fire Academy and Real Salt Lake Academy. After high school, I went on to play at 3 different D1 universities, including the University of Virginia where I received a Kinesiology degree. I also played professionally for 4 years. I have a passion for encouraging and mentoring players along their journey!
