Hi! My name is Raiyan and I am a D1 fencer at The Ohio State University. I am studying Psychology and plan to earn my masters in Sport Psych. I want to help athletes with mental toughness, teach them about mindfulness techniques, creating routines, and balancing both athletic and personal lives.
