I have over 15 years of gardening and 10 years of homesteading experience. My specialty areas are vegetable gardening, garden planning, raising egg & meat chickens, and food preservation. Living in Minnesota, I specialize in cold-weather topics like frostbite in chickens and how to grow food in a short growing season.
