Biography

I had the honor to complete my externship at The French Laundry in 2004-05 as well as work and stage at 3 more of Thomas Keller’s restaurants: Bouchon, Bouchon Bakery & Ad Hoc. I then worked my way to Sous Chef at The Ritz Carlton & have spent the last 18 years in contract foodservice. Most recently a Corporate Director of Culinary, developing & training is my passion including fine dining, to go meals, meal prep, Senior fare for limited dexterity (finger foods),dysphasia(purées) & mind diet.
