Distance runner of 7+ years with experience at HS, JC, and NCAA DII levels and a recent grad of Western Oregon University. I am on Smeeple to help guide runners in pursuing their dreams whatever way I can. My goals are to help runners of any level navigate their options after high school; to share insights on the college process (recruiting, training, etc.) and whether collegiate running is the right choice; and share what they can do now to position themselves for running after HS/College.
