I’m a collegiate distance runner for Rhodes College in Memphis Tennessee. I’ve run 3:57 for 1500m and 25:22 for 8k. I’ve been around the sport my whole life and have even worked with high-performance professional teams on the administrative and recruiting front. I also coach youth track.
